Clinical Manifestations:
progressive, typical myasthenic syndrome occured concomitent with the onset of menses.
Clinic
: tablou miastenic tipic apărut cu ocazia primei menstruații, cu evoluție progresivă.
Intraoperative Photograph:
median sternotomy; thymus dissection.
Aspect intraoperator
: sternotomie mediană; disecția timusului.
Surgical Specimen:
thymic hypertrophy.
Piesa operatorie
: timusul hipertrofiat.
Histopathologycal Exam:
hyperplastic thymus.
Examen histopatologic
: timus hiperplazic.
